All of the eggs used at Ninety-Two Bakery & Café come farm-fresh from Lubbock’s first regenerative farm within city limits, Alcove Farms. Alcove Farms is home to more than 3,000 free-range hens who forage a specific portion of pastureland each day. This allows the hens to ingest more nutrients to produce the premium eggs we use in all of our recipes and dishes! Our Lubbock café is proud to brew delicious coffee beans from Mission Lazarus. Located in the Sierra de la Botija forest of southern Honduras, Mission Lazarus coffee is grown in rich volcanic soil and cared for by an all-female farmer team. Harvesting the special grade coffee beans grown by Mission Lazarus requires patience and diligence, which their maternal nature equips them for. Their care and attentiveness is reflected in the quality of the coffee beans, benefitting the taste of every cup of coffee poured at Ninety-Two Bakery & Café!
